Title: Atomic bomb

The atomic bomb, in short A-bomb, was and still is the most destructive weapon ever created. Beside its destructive aspect, the shape of such an explosion can be harmlessly beautiful. The sculpture is a still image of the spectacular destructive nuclear explosion, caught in a virginal rather sadistic way.
The ‘A-BOM’ was selected for the Godecharle-contest 2009 that took place in Brussels at the Academy of Fine Arts. Click here to see the image.
